Overview: Increased production space

Solution: Flexistructure
Johnsons Stalbridge, a leading commercial linen hire and laundry service company, needed to increase their production capacity and efficiency, and sought to do this by making use of existing space on their site, by installing two Flexistructure temporary buildings.
Increasing production capacity is a regular requirement for growing businesses, and a temporary building is often a fit solution. Westgate Global offer standard or custom sizes, quick modular installation and a range of integrated accessories from a single supplier.
The Flexistructures were designed to connect to the factory and an existing temporary building. One temporary structure was 10m wide by 20m long and 6.2 metres to the eaves, and an adjacent structure 12m by 12m and 6.2m high. Framework was aluminium and walls were 40mm composite insulated panels.
All connections to existing buildings were made using connecting tunnels, to achieve the weather-tight seal Johnsons Stalbridge required.
