Westgate Global recently installed their market leading Flexiwall partition on a project with the renowned car manufacturer, engineering a segregation solution at Jaguar Land Rover’s Halewood plant. An enclosure was required that would offer cost effective and robust segregation between a logistics area and an inspection area.

Westgate Global have been providing partition walls to the manufacturing sector since the 1980’s and have been fortunate to have worked with Jaguar for over 25 years fulfilling their temporary and permanent partitioning requirements.

For this particular project Westgate Global’s Flexiwall solution was recommended, designed and installed as it is durable enough for permanent applications yet can be easily reconfigured, relocated or removed if the future needs of the business change.

In the last couple of years UK politics have caused uncertainty and due to this Westgate Global have seen an increased demand for adaptable partitioning solutions that allow businesses to easily and quickly redesign workspaces in the event of change.

The final solution at Jaguar Land Rover was a 2-sided Flexiwall fabric floor-to-ceiling partition, which created an enclosure totalling 500sqm. The enclosure took only 4 days to install which is another popular advantage of this method of creating a partition.

Each Flexiwall panel is designed and then pre-manufactured off site so that on site installations are quick and clean, offering minimum disruption to any existing operations. The final tensioned wall can absorb minor impacts without causing any damage or marks, and in the event that accidental damage is caused, individual panels can be easily and cost effectively replaced or repaired.
