Westgate Global design, supply and install Flexiwall and Flexiscreen – industrial factory and warehouse partitions that offer multiple benefits over traditional partitioning methods.
The Flexiwall system is a tensioned fabric partition wall. Manufactured in heavy duty reinforced fire rated material, the innovative partition helps manufacturing facilities solve issues to prevent dust, manage temperature, avoid cross-contamination, reduce noise, create additional areas and more. Installing Flexiwall can avert the need and expense of new facilities by remodelling and dividing existing spaces, as it can be designed to fit any height/width and shape of building and easily installs around existing service ducts and pipework.
As well as creating areas for dust prevention between processes, creating machine and robotics enclosures or temperature regulated zones, Flexiwall is ideal for enclosing mezzanine floors and external canopies to create additional storage areas and/or to control draughts and dirt ingress. It can also support with reducing heat loss and improving energy efficiency by closing off redundant spaces.
Flexiscreen is a superior temporary floor-to-ceiling building and dust screen. Suitable for both short and long term projects it is a robust alternative to traditional scaffold sheeting methods. Used to contain dust during construction, flooring, installation and extension works within live manufacturing, production and warehouse environments, it can serve both internal and external applications. Just like Flexiwall, the unique v-overlap system and tight seal around ducts and pipe work ensures a 99% dust tight seal.
Adapting to different scenarios and situations, Flexiwall and Flexiscreen are customised to suit any environment, with quick, clean and non-disruptive installation (and demount) allowing minimum downtime, and reducing impact to ongoing schedules. Panels are assembled onsite and suspended to the existing structure or additional fabricated steel work before being tensioned/fixed to the floor. Both systems can be installed in tight spaces and can also be reconfigured, relocated or removed as business needs evolve.
Choose from a range of materials (including antifungal and fire retardant) and access options to suit the needs of the project or environment. Wind load calculations and designs are available for external applications and high wind load areas.
