Interiors UK, a leading commercial interior shopfitters, required an internal hoarding solution to create a physical barrier between a restaurant refurbishment project they were undertaking and the general public shopping in the Gateshead Metrocentre.

 

Having worked with Westgate Global before, knowledge of our Hoardfast product quality, short lead time and excellent service, secured Westgate Global becoming the supplier of choice.

 

Hoardfast Firescreen was used on the project to deliver the quick modular install and fire rating required by the client, whilst maintaining customer experience with its clean and smart looking panels which blend into the retail environment.

Hoardfast Firescreen panels are 80mm thick, steel faced, mineral wool filled, providing additional insulation and acoustic benefits to the Euro Class EN 13501-2:2008 A2 s1 d0 fire class rating and EI60 fire resistance.

 

Available in a range of heights with unique weighted universal supports or fixed floor-to-ceiling. Hoardfast hoarding solutions are available as supply only or with optional installation services.

 

Westgate Global installed a total of 22 linear metres of 4 metre high Hoardfast Firescreen, including a lid fixed back to the shop front, to enable Interiors UK to carry out the project with minimal disruption and impact on shoppers.
