Flexiwall was the ideal solution, not only providing a physical barrier to prevent cross contamination, it is also far quicker and cleaner to install than a traditional partition.

Dust containment was a major consideration on this project due to there being a number of surrounding shops, live cafe area on the third floor and continued access to the general public, so Marshall (Building Contractors) Ltd needed a full enclosure including a ceiling that would stop any dust contamination throughout the rest of the building.

Flexibility was key and ScS requested a solution that allowed the sides of the partition to be rolled up. In the short term this feature could provide access for any large equipment or in this case, furniture to move in and out of the area to be photographed.

Apart from cost savings Flexiwall is quicker and cleaner to install than other traditional partitioning methods and can even be reconfigured, removed or relocated should business needs evolve.

For this project Flexiwall was recommended, designed and installed as it is durable enough for permanent applications yet can be easily reconfigured.

PD Ports approached various companies to find their solution and ultimately chose Westgate Global because of our competitive pricing, the superior quality of our product and our extensive experience in installing fabric partitioning solutions.

The DHL team at Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal (DIRFT) contacted Westgate Global for a partitioning solution to segregate storage of food and drink containers from non-food products.

From the start it was clear a full-height solid wall carried a number of complexities, including installation around the existing and multiple penetrations at high level.

Discover how Westgate Global helped Multimatic create a custom storage area at their Coventry facility using Flexiwall partitions. This bespoke solution offers flexibility, minimal floor space use, and easy reconfiguration for future needs, while incorporating branding and a roller shutter door for access.

Operating in the food and drink industry means that Kingsland Drinks must meet the requirements for BRC accreditation. Flexiwall helps with this as it is manufactured from food safe materials, delivers an over 99% dust tight seal and easily segregates production and storage areas.
