Due to the strong relationship with Birds Eye, Westgate Global were asked to facilitate a solution. Flexiscreen was recommended for a number of reasons, with the first of those being specific to this project: Flexiscreen can be easily installed at an angle, which is a very big advantage over conventional temporary screening methods.

Multimatic required Westgate Global to install an additional Flexiwall with the purpose of extending a previous Flexiwall installation from 6 years ago.

Westgate Global installed Flexiwall as an ideal solution for meeting BRC hygiene standards, having a dust tight seal and a unique v-overlap made it the perfect product to use for this project.

Hoardfast panels were installed to create a separate room for contamination control, along with Flexidoors (crash doors).

Flexicurtain was used for a washdown screen between two lines, to allow for cleaning whilst production continued.

Westgate Global’s Hoardfast uPVC modular partitioning system was used, as it features a click together joint that is quick to install, and does not create any dust or mess.

Westgate Global was called in by NFT Distribution to create a partition in a new build chilled warehouse at Tilbury Docks. This requirement had been driven by a new contract that required part of the existing warehouse to operate at a colder temperature.
