Foster Clark Products Ltd required a solution for segregating an area for allergen control. Our retractable factory curtain wall solution, Flexicurtain, is ideal to quickly separate two areas.

Westgate Global were required to help deliver the design, supply and installation of a temporary corridor on two levels, which would link a new pier to the existing terminal whilst the terminal extension was still being fitted out.

From the start it was clear a full-height solid wall carried a number of complexities, including installation around the existing and multiple penetrations at high level.

From conception to completion the project was turn key managed which fully complied with Amcor’s stringent safety rules and food hygiene standards.

We provided a partition solution to divide off a large redundant area within their open plan manufacturing plant. This would reduce the energy usage for heating and lighting and have a positive impact on their carbon footprint.

Hoardfast panels were installed to create a separate room for contamination control, along with Flexidoors (crash doors).

Flexicurtain was used for a washdown screen between two lines, to allow for cleaning whilst production continued.
