Westgate Global were tasked with providing safe and secure perimeter hoarding for a science and technology campus undergoing construction work.

Hoardfence external hoarding was used during a refurbishment project, due to it’s rapid installation time and professional finish.

Having worked with Westgate Global previously, a global pharmaceutical company (and their engineering consultants) knew they could rely on Westgate Global to divide this particular facility during a construction project and support on contamination…

Dust containment was a major consideration on this project due to there being a number of surrounding shops, live cafe area on the third floor and continued access to the general public, so Marshall (Building Contractors) Ltd needed a full enclosure including a ceiling that would stop any dust contamination throughout the rest of the building.

From the start it was clear a full-height solid wall carried a number of complexities, including installation around the existing and multiple penetrations at high level.

Westgate Global were invited to install Flexiscreen to assist Kerry whilst installing a new production line without disrupting current manufacturing.

Due to the strong relationship with Birds Eye, Westgate Global were asked to facilitate a solution. Flexiscreen was recommended for a number of reasons, with the first of those being specific to this project: Flexiscreen can be easily installed at an angle, which is a very big advantage over conventional temporary screening methods.

Morgan Sindall had been contracted by Heathrow Airport Ltd and British Airways to modernise hangars at the West London airport in preparation for the arrival of the new airbus. This will allow greater flexibility of working space during maintenance…

Creating a barrier between two varying functions is no new concept, but creating a building screen within budget, to tight project timescales and with the guarantee of a quality product is the difficult part; not for Westgate!
