Westgate Global provided a trusted data centre partner with a durable and reusable temporary aisle emulation system for heat load testing. Designed to prevent collapses and reduce maintenance time, this pre-manufactured solution ensures reliable testing. Easy to install and relocate, it was successfully transported from Germany to Spain, offering consistent performance across multiple sites.

Westgate Global partnered with Winthrop Technologies to deliver a bespoke temporary hot aisle containment (HAC) solution for data centre commissioning. Using reinforced PVC panels, Westgate’s system accelerated commissioning timelines, ensured precise airflow control, and protected whitespace from damage. Reusable across multiple projects, this innovative solution reduces waste and enhances efficiency in heat load testing.

Hoardfast Firescreen and uPVC were used to create both a cutting room and site offices.

From conception to completion the project was turn key managed which fully complied with Amcor’s stringent safety rules and food hygiene standards.
