Flexiscreen is a high-tensile, engineered system ideal for temporary external weather protection on data centre projects. Relocatable and reusable, it enables the creation of a “room within a room” by spanning between structural portals, with no need for intermediate steel supports. Contractors and architects favour Flexiscreen for its enhanced design for optimal environmental control. Flexiscreen can be stored onsite for reuse on other building phases on different elevations.
Installation flexibility: prefabricated Flexiscreen panels are quick to install, adaptable to various heights and widths, and streamline construction schedules. The Flexiscreen can be installed and demounted from the inside- on the internal side of the steel. This ensures that the permanent cladding can be installed from the outside- meaning that the Flexiscreen can be taken down after external cladding install- meaning that the internal building will never be exposed to the weather during the transition.

Westgate Global recently worked on a high profile mission critical data centre project in a location fraught with turbulent winter weather. The client wanted a trusted company with a project management focus that ensured our team could work to their programme for maximum effect.
We provided our space-saving and structurally calculated Flexiscreen, designed with a weather and dust tight seal that stops ingress, including pooling water. This was crucial as part of the ongoing work was the slab pour. Parts of the Flexiscreen are still up over one year after initial installation, enabling work to continue, and is due to be relocated to accelerate other fit out phases on other floors.
