Westgate Global were contacted to separate dusty fabrication from clean assembly areas using Flexiwall partitioning.

Westgate Global helped Hydram Engineering create a dust-tight, flexible partition with Flexiwall in their 115,000 sq ft facility. The solution provided a custom three-sided enclosure to support specialist manufacturing, with minimal floor space usage and easy reconfiguration.

Flexiwall needed to be installed between the main bottling plant and various storage areas, effectively acting as a barrier to prevent airborne dust from migrating and settling on the bottling lines. This not only complied with their H&S mandates but also improved on food and drink hygiene.

Over twenty years ago, Egbert Taylor Group (the leading designer and manufacturer of recycling containers, aesthetic street furniture and galvanized steel containers for recycling and waste), called on Westgate Global to install an 80m long by 6m high partition wall in their UK warehouse. Recently they contacted Westgate Global again to relocate it.

Westgate Global provided and installed a 10m x 10m external Flexiwall which was hung from the existing canopy roof structure. A Fastflex fast action door and a steel pedestrian door were also supplied and installed by Westgate Global.

Spectra Packaging, a leading manufacturer of plastic containers, sought to enhance operational efficiency by segregating their production and storage areas. They partnered with Westgate Global to install a Flexiwall partition, achieving a 99% dust-tight seal.

Creating a barrier between two varying functions is no new concept, but creating a building screen within budget, to tight project timescales and with the guarantee of a quality product is the difficult part; not for Westgate!
