Product packaging manufacturer Sealed Air, known for brands such as Bubble Wrap and Cryovac, sought to segregate a dusty process area and a clean room within their St. Neots facility.
Sealed Air chose Westgate Global as an integrated solutions provider with experience and expertise in providing and project managing the delivery of multiple solutions.
We supplied and installed three runs of Flexiwall, totalling 45 linear metres. A number of Fastflex fast action doors, shutter doors, pedestrian doors and vision panels were included.
Our unique partitioning solution, Flexiwall, is ideal for use in manufacturing environments. It’s quick and clean to install meaning minimum disruption to production schedules.
The panels are assembled onsite (using our unique v-overlap system) and suspended to the existing structure or additional fabricated steel work before being tensioned/fixed to the floor, creating a 99%+ dust tight seal.
