To introduce an EV battery assembly line and storage area within its Köln-Niehl facility, Ford needed a flexible solution to segregate operations and control contaminants. Westgate Global’s Flexiwall system provided the perfect answer – delivering operational efficiency, dust containment and fire-rated compliance, all while allowing future adaptability.

Flexiwall needed to be installed between the main bottling plant and various storage areas, effectively acting as a barrier to prevent airborne dust from migrating and settling on the bottling lines. This not only complied with their H&S mandates but also improved on food and drink hygiene.
