Principle Purpose of Position:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Project Coordinator to support our Projects Team. To manage installation and supply only projects allocated in an efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Completing projects on time and within budget, whilst maximising gross profit and without compromising quality.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- The coordination of a portfolio of short and medium term Projects, each up to £25k in value and at different stages in their lifecycles. These may be either Installation Projects or Supply Only.
- Coordination of the required resources (Labour, Plant, Materials, Cost, Time).
- Client liaison. The main point of client contact from Project handover to completion, ensuring that communication is clear, concise and professional.
- The purchasing of goods, labour and access per project.
- Scope change management and Variation capture.
- Foster repeat business, through class leading customer service.
- Ensure Project adherence to Risk Assessments and Health & Safety requirements.
- Work alongside the Design Team to ensure that our clients’ requirements are met.
- Collaboration with the Sales Team, supporting work winning activities and new opportunities.
- Ensuring that all relevant documentation and systems are maintained.
- The arrangement of Servicing/Maintenance orders.
- Support WG Project Managers on larger Projects.
- Achievement of departmental and personal KPIs.

Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience within a Project team, or relevant support role.
- Product and Industry training can be provided, existing experience is a benefit.
- Experience of working to budgets is preferred.
